5-6 Clove Garlic    
1/2 Cup Oil ( Olive )    
1/3 lb Potatoes   Boiled. 
1 Pinch Salt   To taste. 
1 Dab Vinegar ( Red Wine )   To taste. 
Skorthalia Directions
Skin and mash the garlic.

Boil and mash the potatoes. Slowly add the olive oil into the puree.

Add salt and vinegar to taste.
