Spanakorizo Ingredients

2-3 Pinch Dill   To Taste 
1 Small Lemons   Sliced in Wedges 
3 oz Oil ( Olive )    
1-2 Pinch Pepper   To Taste 
3/4 Cup Rice    
2-3 Pinch Salt   To Taste 
3-4 Whole Scallions    
1.10 lb Spinach   Fresh 
1 1/2 Cup Water    
Spanakorizo Directions
Clean and wash the spinach.

Wilt, drain and cut into large chunks.

Finely chop the green onion and fry in the oil for a few minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients all together.

Stir well and simmer for 20-25 minutes.

Serve with the lemon wedges.
