Macaronia me Kima Ingredients

1 lb Beef ( Ground )    
2 Tablespoon Butter ( Unsalted )    
1 Pinch Cinnamon   Optional. 
1 Clove Garlic   Chopped. 
1 Pinch Nutmeg   To taste. 
1 Large Onions ( White )   Finely chopped. 
1 Bunch Parsley   Chopped. 
1-2 Pinch Pepper   To taste. 
2-3 Pinch Salt   To taste. 
2 Cup Tomato ( (Sauce) )    
4 Medium Tomatoes   Peeled & chopped. 
1 Cup Wine ( Red )    
Macaronia me Kima Directions
Heat the butter in a large frying pan and saute the ground beef and onion until slightly browned.

Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook over a low-medium heat for 2-3 hours.

Stir occasionally and season to taste, also remove any oils collecting on top of the sauce.
