2 Whole Lemons   Squeezed 
1 Tablespoon Mustard    
1 Cup Oil ( Olive )    
1 Pinch Pepper   To taste 
2 lb Potatoes   Small potatoes 
2-3 Pinch Salt   To taste 
1 Pinch Thyme   to taste 
Kota Psiti Directions
"Rub" the chicken with the salt & pepper, lemon and mustard.

Place it in a deep pan with the potatoes, thyme, lemon juice, olive oil, salt & pepper.

Cover the potatoes with water.

Bake in medium oven for 1 1/2 hours.
